Jorge & Nicole

Jorge & Nicole is an acoustic guitar & bass duo based out of San Antonio, TX. Married since 2002, they have been performing together exclusively as a duo since 2012. Their music is without borders both culturally and stylistically, ranging from Brazilian, to blues, to latin as well as pop with both taking turns playing the melody on their respective instrument.

Their top musical influences are Ottmar Liebert, Micheal Hedges, the Gipsy Kings, Tom Jobim as well as Rodriguo y Gabriela. Jorge has been playing both steel & nylon string guitar for over 15 years. Nicole has been playing both the fretted & fretless acoustic bass guitar since 2010.

Elizabeth McAlester

Elizabeth has been performing on stage since she was three years old. At the age of five, she sang “Happy Birthday Jesus” at her church in front of approximately 1200 members accompanied by piano and orchestra.

During her 8th grade year, Elizabeth performed the role of Golde in “Fiddler on the Roof, Jr.”

As a 9th grader, Elizabeth was selected as a member of the Texas Private Music Educator’s Association All State Choir and received a Superior rating on her solo at the TAPPS State Competition.

In May 2014, Elizabeth played the role of Eliza Doolittle in two scenes from “My Fair Lady” during the Broadway Review show at her school. She sang "The Rain in Spain" and "I Could Have Danced All Night".

She wrote and performed a song called "All In", a contemporary Christian song, for the secondary students at their annual retreat and for the Vision Banquet on October 3, 2014.
